In November, Gracie attended her first-ever car presentation ceremony at the Fun Cup Championship Awards—and came away with an unexpected but well-deserved accolade: Best Newcomer.

Reflecting on her win, Gracie said, “I wasn’t expecting to win; I had no idea! I didn’t know what awards they were giving out, and since we didn’t do the full championship, I wasn’t expecting anything at all. It was such a lovely surprise to be recognised and even nominated.”

The Fun Cup Championship is renowned for celebrating not only the competitive edge of motorsport but also the camaraderie and unforgettable moments shared on and off the track. Gracie noted that the event featured a variety of awards, from serious achievements to more lighthearted categories like “Best Crash”.

For Gracie, this award represents an exciting milestone in her young career. “This was my first time winning at a car presentation,” she said. “It’s also my first time attending a car awards event, so it feels really special.”

Gracie also took a moment to congratulate her friend and former racing companion, Ted Bradbury, who made waves at the event. “Ted got third in the championship and won two trophies. He’s done an amazing job this season!” she added.

The Best Newcomer Award is a testament to Gracie’s talent, determination, and bright future in motorsport. As she continues her journey, this recognition will undoubtedly serve as a springboard for even greater achievements.

Stay tuned for more updates as Gracie gears up for an exciting season ahead!
