Round 9&10 of the Funcup Endurance Championship sees us out for the final races of my first year of cars!
Another great weekend with plenty of positives to take away. Race 1, which was an hour long, saw us lining up in 11th after the random grid draw. I started the race and ended my stint in 7th after a safety car which hindered the racing. Unfortunately, after a busy pit stop and a stop-and-go penalty, my teammate finished the race in 17th.
The 3 hour endurance afterwards, saw us lining up in 14th after the second grid draw… Once again, I started this race and it was certainly challenging to maintain position: being in the wrong places at the wrong time. Regardless, we finished up in 17th again and the car came home in one piece… which is always a bonus!
